Carolyn is a qualified Yoga, and Meditation Teacher, Forest Therapy Guide and Nature Journaling Educator.
She is trained in Hatha style yoga, Yin and Yoga Nidra (meditation), and has taught yoga and meditation at yoga studios and online since 2015.
Carolyn has over 25 years of experience teaching and facilitating groups outdoors. In 2022, she completed her training with the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance and has been running regular Forest Therapy sessions since. She has recently completed teacher training in Nature Journaling with the Wild Wonder Foundation.
Carolyn uses a trauma-informed approach at all sessions and holds a current first aid certificate, a Parks Victoria Licensed Tour Operator Certificate and a Working With Children Check. She also works as a Learning Facilitator for mostly school-aged young people at the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne.
